The ZONE Personal Trainer will establish a specific exercise routine and teach you proper technique and form to achieve your goals.
Complimentary Fitness Assessment is included for all new Members. This includes:
- InBody Composition Analysis ($75 value) - Learn what your body is made of including lean mass, fat mass, water mass, and discover your Basal Metabolic Rate (how many calories you burn at rest).
- Health history review.
- Identify your specific fitness goals and a plan to achieve those goals.
- Complete various tests including Blood Pressure test, postural analysis, strength test, core strength test and a cardio test (not all tests are necessary depending on the clients needs).
- Discuss a healthy nutritional plan to achieve your fitness goals.
